- Penalty times are the same as for HS games.
- Time serving penalties are non-releaseable.
- Fouling out is 3 personal fouls OR 5 minutes of personal foul penalty time (technical time not included).
- Targeting is 3 minutes NR and automatic ejection.
- 10U only: Teams do not play man-down. A player who fouls must temporarily substitute out of the game.
- 10U only: Officials should make a note of players who commit what ordinarily is a multi-minute foul. A second instance by that player will disqualify him for the remainder of the game.
- 10U only: If a team has 3 players “foul out”, the game is a forfeit.
