December 2014 Training Session

The Indiana Lacrosse Officials Association will be holding a Winter Training Session on December 6th, from 11am-3pm at Carmel High School in Indianapolis.

During this session we look to cover the basics of lacrosse and lacrosse officiating including gameplay, Fouls, and the Enforcement of Fouls.

No association fees will be collected at this event, so it is free for anyone interested in coming, and also counts as half of the recertification for returning officials. This session is geared toward current officials and, while others are welcome to attend, it will not apply toward new official certification.

We have reserved the Carmel High School Freshman Cafeteria for the event. People can enter the school through the front door, Door #1, walk straight down the hall to the cafeteria or they can enter from the back of the school, door #21 which is the door to the pool area walk down the hall and then take the stairs to enter Greyhound Station. The Freshman Cafeteria is right across the hall from Greyhound Station.

If you plan on attending, please email our Training Committee Chairman, Ryne Daley, with your name, address, and phone number at rynedaley@gmail.com OR Sign Up Online here.

If you are unable to make this training session, we will be holding a full certification session January 18th at Guerin Catholic in Indianapolis from 9-3, and another in South Bend in early February, more details to come.

We hope to see you there,

Carmel High School address is 520 East Main Street, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
